A perfect powerful mixture of ripe berries & mature fruit with cigar box spice on the nose and a hint of mint.
Vinification and Maturation:
Small French Oak barrel maturation for 14 months. Further ageing took place in bottle for 38 months prior to release. This wine will age well over the next 15+ years with proper cellaring.
Palate:
Red and black cherries and juicy ripe red and black fruit on the palate, finds perfect harmony with well-integrated leather and old spice for a full, balanced taste. This wine is sheer elegance and finesse with a long, velvety aftertaste. 2019 Anno red blend illustrates the positive contribution of intense viticulture during a dry, warm summer. A wine that is perfect to enjoy now, and that will greatly improve with further aging in the bottle.
