Colour: Light Purple Garnet.
Nose: Immediately appealing on the nose with notes of fruit cake and plum, which soar from the glass with notes of nutmeg and some cedar. Floral too, with elegant purple violets and subtle herbal freshness.
Palate: A touch of rosemary and hint of sun roasted olive to the luscious plum and crushed white pepper which permeate the palate. Dense and rich, yet fresh and aromatic with lively acidity and refreshing herbal notes enveloped in a luxurious silky, dry structure. Delightful raspberry on the finish. An authentic and elegant expression showing graceful ageing potential.
