Tasting Note:
Lively aromas of red currant and cherry jump out of the glass, before revealing cassis, nutmeg, and hint of tobacco. The palate shows fresh acidity with fine yet firm tannins from the Cabernet, tempered by the juicy red fruit flavours from the Cinsault. Combined, the two varieties form a mouth filling fusion of mixed berries, chocolate, and pink peppercorn. Friendly, approachable, and infinitely drinkable.
