TASTING NOTE
Certified Old Vines Chenin Blanc.
Spontaneously fermented and matured for 9 months in older French oak barrels and foudre. The nose shows top notes of hay and fynbos before pear, peach and citrus while the palate is pure and lively with a saline finish. Elegant and precise. Nice fresh acidity.
