Go to the shopSijnn Wines stands alone in South Africa’s wine landscape — the first estate established in the rugged, windswept region of Malgas. Surrounded by dramatic landscapes and ancient soils of rolled river stones and shale, Sijnn produces wines defined by authenticity, adventure and a deep sense of place.
Low Profile 2021 captures this spirit perfectly. Crafted from a blend dominated by Syrah, with Mourvèdre, Trincadeira and Touriga Nacional adding layers of complexity, the wine reflects minimal-intervention winemaking: natural ferments, gentle extraction and maturation designed to preserve purity rather than add weight.
Imagine opening this bottle at a seaside dinner or under the warm glow of a summer evening. The wine pours with a shimmering ruby hue, its aromas lifted and energetic. Each sip transports you to the remote Malgas hills, where sun, sea breezes and wild beauty shape every vine.
This is Sijnn at its most approachable — yet still unmistakably Sijnn.
