The Le Riche family’s philosophy is simple: Cabernet is king — and every detail, from hand-harvesting to small-batch fermentation, honours this belief. After maturation in French oak (approximately 22 months, with a restrained percentage of new barrels), the wine emerges polished, poised and authentically Stellenbosch.
