Hailing from the esteemed Guardian Peak Wines estate in Stellenbosch, the Shiraz 2021 vintage showcases the best of South African Syrah: from grapes grown on well-draining soils to a thoughtful vinification that preserves vibrancy and clarity. The wine was fermented in a combination of open and closed stainless-steel tanks to retain fresh aromatics, and matured in seasoned French oak barrels for added complexity.
